I’m Matt Dark, an Albuquerque-based photographer specializing in portraits, weddings, and events. I’ve always believed that the best photos aren’t the ones that look perfect — they’re the ones that feel real.
My style is intentional and detail-driven. I’m drawn to light, mood, and the moments that happen in between the posed ones. Whether it’s a wedding, a portrait session, or a live event, I show up ready to find the shot that actually means something.
Post-processing is a big part of what I do. From bright and airy to dark and moody, film-inspired tones to clean and natural edits — I can work in a range of styles to match your vision. If you have a specific look in mind, bring a reference and we’ll make it happen.
